Scoping Report

The North Slope Borough Coastal Management Program Scoping Report provides a summary of the findings and recommendations that emerged following a series of meetings and discussions regarding the importance for the North Slope Borough to critically and thoroughly review its existing coastal management program to insure the on-going protection of our coastal resources and activities. The Scoping Report also provides a general work plan for revising the NSB coastal management program. The next step in the revision process is to prepare the "public hearing draft" of the proposed revised NSB-CMP and to continue the on-going public process to insure a successful final revised NSB coastal management program.
